To guarantee the highest standards of care, we adhere to the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015, the Ofsted Quality Standards, and recommendations from the Local Safeguarding Children Partnership (LSCP).

We have a zero-tolerance policy for exploitation, abuse, and neglect. To guarantee children’s protection at all times, all employees undergo frequent safeguarding training and collaborate closely with Ofsted and local safeguarding partners.
🌱 Behaviour Management
We support positive behaviour by using restorative techniques, respect, and encouragement. Physical intervention is only used as a last resort; each child has a unique behaviour plan.

Concerns can be openly and confidently voiced by kids, families, and professionals. We pledge to act in a timely, equitable, and open manner. If desired, concerns can also be sent to Ofsted.
